Hi all, I know that blending is key, but the tools we use matter too. Which tools do you find most effective for applying and blending contour and highlighter to achieve that flawless finish? Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hey! The tools you use to apply and blend your contour and highlighter will depend on whether you’re using a powder or cream contour and highlighter.
For cream or liquid contour and highlighter, you can use a flat brush to apply the products where you wish to contour and highlight. Then you use either a damp makeup sponge or a kabuki brush to seamlessly blend them.
On the other hand, if you are only using powder contour and highlighter, then an angled brush for contour is best! For highlighter, it depends on your personal preference. You can use a fan brush for a sharp highlight or a fluffy precision brush for a more natural glow.
