What’s the difference between the subscription plans?
The only difference between the plans is your choice of billing.
You can save extra by subscribing to our pre-paid 6 months and annual plans, or go for a monthly billing plan.
What payment method can I use to sign up for a membership?

I was charged for a box last month and then got charged again for the current month, but I still haven't received my boxes. Is this a mistake?
No worries - this is not a mistake.
As a new subscriber, you're billed for your first box the day you sign up.
All future boxes will be billed on or around the 1st day each month. So because of this timing, if you sign up as a new member at the end of the month, then you'll likely be charged for your second box before you receive your first box.

How can I track my package?
Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information from hello@kleverbeautybox.com.
Do you ship Klever Beauty Boxes to international addresses?
Unfortunately we currently ship only to the contiguous United States, but stay tuned, we’re on it.
Cancellations
How do I cancel my membership?
Right after you subscribe, we send you a link to a subscription management portal, where you can cancel your subscription.
You can always contact our customer care team and they’d be happy to help!
If you decide to cancel, your membership will stop at the end of your current term.
And just remember, the Klever Beauty Box membership is non-refundable for already paid transactions.
I paid for my box but canceled my subscription right after. Will I still receive my box?
Yes, you’ll get any boxes that you already paid for.
When should I cancel my subscription so I won’t get charged again?
Monthly plan: To avoid any charges, cancel before the 1st of the month (which is the billing date of your subscription).
6 months and annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime before the next subscription renewal date.
