How do you prevent eyeliner from migrating to the lower lash line?

Hello there, whenever I apply eyeliner to my upper lash line, I find that it often migrates to my lower lash line throughout the day, creating an unintended smudged look. Do any of you have effective tips or tricks for preventing this? TY

Hi! This is actually a common issue that can be resolved in simple ways. First, if your eyes often get watery, then using a waterproof eyeliner pencil is always best. Another thing to keep in mind is whether you are correctly tight-lining your lash line. The best way to tight-line is to apply eyeliner to the actual lashes and avoid applying it to the fleshy part of your lash line.
