Any tips for applying eyeliner on mature eyelids without tugging?

Hi everyone. Does anyone have tips for applying eyeliner on mature eyelids without causing any discomfort or tugging? As we age, our skin becomes more delicate, and eyeliner application can be tricky. I'd love to hear your personal experiences or techniques that have helped you achieve a smooth and flattering eyeliner look while being gentle on mature skin. Hi! When dealing with any type of skin, it’s always best to be as gentle as possible. In regards to mature skin, my tip is to choose a kohl eyeliner pencil that is on the creamier side. Pencil eyeliner of this consistency is less likely to pull on the skin. However, they are prone to smudging. To counteract this, you can set the eyeliner in place with a powder that matches the color of the eyeliner. A gentle way to set the eyeliner is by patting on the color instead of sweeping it on the eyes.
